La Biblioteca de Santo Mauro surprises with two new gastronomic menus, a unique opportunity to savor the bites and dishes of our chef Rafa Peña tailored to our palace. A menu that reflects our passion for product-based cuisine in all its depth with seasonal novelties.

Once through the Hotel's reception, a series of large windows facing the garden and with three steps leading up, we reach the first terrace area surrounded by the marvelous garden. A Chinese pavilion houses the bar.
